6. Gold Melody Boys Crescent Penny aspc/amhr/foundation 1996, 37 inch chestnut mare who is sired by a SON of Gold Melody Boy. Penny has been one of our most successful producing broodmares and is on her way to superior dam status with one HOF and multiple AMHR and ASPC "GRAND" champion offspring. She is one of our absolute most favorite mares. She was shown for several years by our 9 year old Granddaughter successfully in youth and then in open she won many Grands including area 2 Grand Champion mare. Unfortunately, she was involved in an accident in the pasture and lost her sight in one eye and was retired to the broodmare program much earlier than we planned.
